   ZXP氣動薄膜減溫減壓調(diào)節(jié)閥采用頂導(dǎo)向結(jié)構(gòu)，由多彈簧氣動薄膜執(zhí)行機構(gòu)和低流阻精小型單座調(diào)節(jié)閥閥體組成，執(zhí)行機構(gòu)采用新型多彈簧執(zhí)行機構(gòu)代替老式執(zhí)行機構(gòu)，具有高度低、重量輕、安裝維修簡便等優(yōu)點。單座調(diào)節(jié)閥閥體流道呈S流線型、具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、重量輕、動作靈敏、壓降損失小、閥容量大、流量特性精確、維護方便等優(yōu)點，可用于苛刻的工作條件。氣動單座調(diào)節(jié)閥特別適用于允許泄露量小、閥前后壓差不大及有一定粘度和含少量纖維介質(zhì)的場合。

氣動薄膜減溫減壓調(diào)節(jié)閥應(yīng)用于比例調(diào)節(jié)或旁路調(diào)節(jié)，適用于減溫減壓裝置的溫度和壓力調(diào)節(jié)，節(jié)能環(huán)保，操作方便。

氣動薄膜減溫減壓調(diào)節(jié)閥系列產(chǎn)品有調(diào)節(jié)型、調(diào)節(jié)切斷型、波紋管密封型、夾套保溫型等多種品種。產(chǎn)品公稱壓力等級有PN10、16、40、64；閥體口徑范圍DN20~200。適用流體溫度由-200℃~560℃范圍內(nèi)多種檔次。泄漏量標準有IV級或VI級。流量特性為線性或等百分比。多種多樣的品種規(guī)格可供選擇。
