　　防爆型產(chǎn)品有dI和dIIBT4兩種，①dI適用于煤礦非采掘工作面；②dIIBT4用于工廠，適用于環(huán)境為IIA、IIB級(jí)T1～T4組的爆炸性氣體混合物。 本產(chǎn)品的性能符合JB/T8528-1997<普通型閥門電動(dòng)裝置技術(shù)條件>的規(guī)定。防爆型的性能符合GB3836.1-2000<爆炸性環(huán)境用防爆電氣設(shè)備通用要求>及JB/T8529-1997<隔爆型控制箱技術(shù)條件>的規(guī)定。并經(jīng)國(guó)家防爆電氣產(chǎn)品測(cè)試中心檢定，取得了防爆合格證和礦用證. 整體型電裝是在Z普通型基礎(chǔ)上派生而成，增加了不少電器和電子元件，整體普通型電氣部分主要由多功能模塊MK1 遠(yuǎn)程控制模塊MK2 按鈕盒指示燈、開(kāi)度表、接觸器等組成。多功能模塊MK1又由相位識(shí)別器XS、接觸器互鎖保護(hù)器HB和直流電源DC三部分組成。遠(yuǎn)程模塊MK2由四個(gè)固態(tài)繼電器和三個(gè)撥碼開(kāi)關(guān)組成 。整體調(diào)節(jié)型電氣部分由調(diào)節(jié) 模塊TMK、接觸器等組成?？刂凭€為220V，50Hz（特殊訂貨60Hz）；遠(yuǎn)程控制為DC24V.DC36V.DC127V.220V等1.

　普通改成防爆控制箱

1.防爆控制箱外殼采用鋼板焊接或鑄鋁合金或者304不銹鋼壓鑄成型， 表面高壓靜電噴塑，產(chǎn)品整體一般采用隔爆型外殼和增安型外殼組合成的復(fù)合型結(jié)構(gòu)。

　　2.隔爆型外殼內(nèi)裝元件可裝防爆按鈕、防爆元件、防爆信號(hào)燈、防爆轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)及防爆儀表等防爆元件和交流接觸器、熱繼電器、溫控器及各種功能模塊等普通電器元件；增安型外殼內(nèi)裝按鈕、控制開(kāi)關(guān)、儀表等均為防爆元件。

　　3.控制箱內(nèi)部元件根據(jù)用戶的要求進(jìn)行排列，可實(shí)現(xiàn)多種功能。
