• 進口天然氣過濾器概述

采用高密度濾絲網(wǎng)，對天然氣管道流體內(nèi)介質(zhì)的雜質(zhì)個顆粒進行過濾，防止雜質(zhì)對設(shè)備造成損壞，主要用于壓縮機前和其它天然氣設(shè)備前，保護天然氣管路下游設(shè)備的安全性和可靠性。主要過濾材料有不銹鋼多孔板、不銹鋼編織網(wǎng)和不銹鋼燒結(jié)網(wǎng)等。使用一段時間后打開上蓋取出象提藍子式的過濾網(wǎng)，一經(jīng)洗刷即可以恢復(fù)如新。具有納污量大、耐壓高、安裝清理方便等優(yōu)點。廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、制藥、食品等行業(yè)的天然氣介質(zhì)。

    1、標準不銹鋼過濾網(wǎng)孔徑為Ф3—6。其孔徑數(shù)目可供選擇。

2、可選項壓力表連接。蓋上有凸合面鉆螺紋孔以便安裝壓力表。

3、流通面積大、故壓力損失小，安裝容易維修方便。

4、A型表示平衡式，B型表示高進低出。

5、使用一段時間后打開上蓋取出象提籃子式的過濾網(wǎng)，一經(jīng)洗刷即可以恢復(fù)如新。
