機(jī)床特點(diǎn):
1、臥式加工中心其機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)與立式加工中心的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)剛好相反，主軸采用臥式結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行加工。工作臺(tái)還可以進(jìn)行360度旋
轉(zhuǎn)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)一次裝夾多面加工。
2、可以配備大容量的刀庫(kù)進(jìn)行立式加工中心機(jī)不可能加工的零件。
3、可適應(yīng)于高要求的深腔體的模具加工和各類(lèi)箱體內(nèi)零件加工，效率和精度及穩(wěn)定性上比立式加工中心要更勝- -籌。
