AUTOSPE600S固相萃取儀是利用固體吸附劑將液體樣品中的目標(biāo)化合物吸附,與樣品的基體和干擾化合物分離,然后再用洗脫液洗脫或加熱解吸附,達(dá)到分離和富集目標(biāo)化合物的目的（即樣品的分離，凈化和富集），目的在于降低樣品基質(zhì)干擾，提高檢測靈敏度，其應(yīng)用于各類食品安全檢測、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品殘留監(jiān)控、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生、環(huán)境保護(hù)、商品檢驗、自來水及化工生產(chǎn)實驗室。
主要特點：
1、處理大體積樣品，樣品體積范圍為20mL-20L；
2、自動選擇五種溶劑進(jìn)行SPE柱的活化、清洗、洗脫；
3、可同時進(jìn)行柱萃取及盤式萃?。ㄝ腿≈?ml，3ml，6ml；萃取盤：47mm直徑）；
4、具有6個萃取通道，可同時萃取6個樣品；

Product introduction:
AUTOSPE600S solid-phase extraction apparatus is using solid adsorbent adsorption target compounds in liquid samples, matrix and interference with the sample of compound separation, next reoccupy eluent elution or heat desorption, reach the purpose of separation and enrichment of the target compounds (namely sample separation, purification and concentration), the purpose is to reduce the sample matrix interference, improve the detection sensitivity, applied to all kinds of food safety testing, agricultural residue monitoring, medicine, health, environmental protection, commodity inspection, tap water and chemical production laboratory.
Main features:
1. To handle large volume samples, the volume range of the sample is 20mL- 20L;
2. Automatic selection of five solvents for activation, cleaning and washing of SPE column;
3. Column extraction and disk extraction can be carried out simultaneously (extraction column: 1ml, 3ml, 6ml; Extraction disc: 47mm diameter);
4. With 6 extraction channels, 6 samples can be extracted simultaneously.
