血細(xì)胞分類計(jì)數(shù)器使用方法

血細(xì)胞分類計(jì)數(shù)器，是集計(jì)數(shù)、統(tǒng)計(jì)、顯示為一體的微電腦控制的十組二位十進(jìn)制計(jì)數(shù)儀器。儀器用十只薄膜開關(guān)按鍵計(jì)數(shù)，可同時(shí)顯示十組數(shù)據(jù)和總數(shù)。
按動(dòng)“%”鍵，儀器可顯示各組數(shù)據(jù)所占百分比的整數(shù)位，再按一次則顯示各組數(shù)據(jù)百分比的小數(shù)位（此時(shí)指示燈亮）。計(jì)數(shù)準(zhǔn)確可靠，符合臨床檢驗(yàn)血常規(guī)
結(jié)果，并又初步提示分辨細(xì)菌感染或病毒感染。儀器造型美觀，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，數(shù)據(jù)清晰，使用方便，特別適用于中、小型醫(yī)院臨床檢驗(yàn)血細(xì)胞分類計(jì)數(shù)。使用說明有如下幾點(diǎn)：
1、 儀器接通電源，打開電源開關(guān)，十組數(shù)據(jù)和總數(shù)都顯示“0”，若有顯示不為“0”，則按一下“復(fù)位”鍵，使各組顯示數(shù)據(jù)清零。
2、 儀器把zui常用的“中性分葉核、中性桿狀核、淋巴細(xì)胞、單核細(xì)胞、嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞、嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞、中性晚幼粒、變異淋巴、幼稚細(xì)胞”
九種血細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)對應(yīng)在九個(gè)計(jì)數(shù)鍵上，若進(jìn)行上述九種血細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)，可直接按動(dòng)相應(yīng)的計(jì)數(shù)鍵進(jìn)行計(jì)數(shù)。
3、 儀器沒有定義的其它血細(xì)胞的分類計(jì)數(shù)，用戶可在第“- -”組計(jì)數(shù)器上自行定義，按動(dòng)相應(yīng)的計(jì)數(shù)鍵進(jìn)行計(jì)數(shù)。
4、 十只計(jì)數(shù)鍵中按動(dòng)其中任一只鍵，都會(huì)聽到蜂鳴器的“嘟”聲，表示計(jì)數(shù)有效，相應(yīng)的計(jì)數(shù)器加“1”，而Σ總數(shù)同時(shí)加“1”。
若計(jì)數(shù)時(shí)沒有聽到蜂鳴器的“嘟”聲，則表示該次計(jì)數(shù)無效，需重新計(jì)數(shù)。
5、 當(dāng)計(jì)數(shù)的總數(shù)達(dá)到“100”，則本次分類計(jì)數(shù)已計(jì)滿，可聽到“嘟”的長聲，請記下各組數(shù)據(jù)。按一下“復(fù)位”鍵，顯示屏全部清零，可繼續(xù)計(jì)數(shù)。
（單路計(jì)滿時(shí)，總數(shù)顯示“100”，單路顯示“FF”。）
6、 如果計(jì)數(shù)的總數(shù)沒有計(jì)滿“100”，而需結(jié)束本次測量時(shí)，可按一下“%”鍵，在聽到“嘟”聲后，電腦自動(dòng)將各組數(shù)據(jù)換算成百分比值顯示在對應(yīng)的顯示屏上。
如果需要再，則再按一下“%”鍵，顯示各組數(shù)據(jù)百分比的小數(shù)位（此時(shí)指示燈亮），總數(shù)不變。（單路計(jì)數(shù)未滿“100”時(shí)，按下“%”鍵顯示“ -”，
此時(shí)總數(shù)顯示值即為單路計(jì)數(shù)值）。
7、 每次測量結(jié)束時(shí)，按一下“復(fù)位”鍵，十組數(shù)據(jù)和總數(shù)Σ都為“0”，儀器恢復(fù)到初始狀態(tài)，可以進(jìn)行下一次測量。
