工作原理是:樣品中的有機物在紫外線(UV)的作用下被氧化成二氧化碳,二氧化碳的測定采用了電導率檢測技術。通過測定未經氧化的樣品的總無機碳(TIC或IC)濃度,和經氧化后得到的樣品的總碳(TC)濃度來計算總有機碳濃度??傆袡C碳濃度即總碳濃度與總無機碳濃度之間的差值:TOC = TC–TIC。
符合《美國藥典》、《歐洲藥典》以及《中國藥典》的要求,可廣泛應用于超純水、制藥用水、飲用水、生物化工產品等的有機碳含量的測定。
本產品檢測TOC濃度從0.001mg/L到1.000mg/L的水樣。操作簡單,維護費用低,無需添加化學試劑,操作人員無需特殊培訓或專業(yè)化學知識。

Description
GV-1000 TOC analyzer is a high performance testing analysis instrument, with independent inlectual property rights. It can detect total organic carbon (TOC) contain in the testing water, by calculating it from total inorganic carbon (TIC) and total carbon (TC). GV-1000 analyzer operation principle is to oxidize microorganism by UV lamp and convert organic stuff into carbon dioxide. It adopts dual wavelength ultraviolet nano-catalytic oxidation method, with its oxidation capacity increased over 100 times than traditional single-wavelength ultraviolet oxidation.
It can detect the ultrapure water which the TOC content is only 1μg/L, also can detect sample water which the TOC content reaches 1000μg/L.
This equipment is easy to operate, low maintenance, no need to add chemical reagent, and no need supply special training or professional chemical knowledge for operator.
