LD-1151、3051(GP、AP)系列壓力變送器簡介
壓力變送器主要用于測量氣體、液體和蒸汽的壓力、真空等參數(shù),然后將其轉(zhuǎn)換成4~20mA DC信號輸出。壓力變送器包括GP型(表壓力)和AP型(壓力)兩種類型。GP和AP型與智能放大板組合,可構(gòu)成智能型壓力變送器,它可通過符合HART協(xié)議的手操器相互通訊,進行設(shè)定和監(jiān)控。
GP型壓力變送器的δ室一側(cè)接受被測壓力的信號,另一側(cè)則與大氣壓力貫通,因此可用于測量表壓力或負(fù)壓。
AP型壓力變送器的δ室(結(jié)構(gòu)參見AP型壓力變送器的壓力δ室敏感部件圖)一側(cè)接受被測壓力的信號,另一側(cè)被封閉成高真空基準(zhǔn)室,它可以測量除氣系統(tǒng)、蒸餾塔、蒸發(fā)器和結(jié)晶器等的壓力。
Brief Introduction:
LPressure transmitter is principally used to measure such parameters as pressure and negative pressure of gases, liquids, and vapors before transform them into 4~20mA DC signals for output purpose. Pressure transmitter has two models: GP model (meter pressure) and AP model (absolute pressure). Both GP and AP models can be integrated with amplifying board to form inligent pressure transmitter, which can communicate with hand-controller in conformity with HART Protocol to realize enactment, monitoring, and control.
As one side of the δ cabinet of GP model pressure transmitter receives signals of pressure to be tested, and another side of it runs through atmospheric pressure, it can be used to measure meter pressure or negative pressure.
As one side of the δabinet of AP model pressure transmitter (see following figure Ap pressure transmitters absolute pressure of δ sensor) receives signals of absolute pressure to be tested and another side of it is enclosed as a reference chamber with high vacuum, it can be used to measure absolute pressure of degassing system, distillation tower, evaporator, crystallizer, and so on.

結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理
電容式壓力變送器主要由實現(xiàn)壓力/電容轉(zhuǎn)換的δ室敏感部件和將電容轉(zhuǎn)換成二線制4~20mA.DC的電子線路板組成。
Structure and working principle:
Capacitance pressure transmitter principally comprise of sensing unit of δcabinet to perform pressure / capacitance conversion and electronic circuit board to convert capacitance into 4~20mA DC in two-wire system.
當(dāng)過程壓力從測量容室的兩側(cè)(或一側(cè))施加到隔離膜片后,經(jīng)硅油罐充液傳至δ室的中心膜片上,中心膜片是一個邊緣張緊的平膜片,在壓力作用下產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的位移(zui大約0.1mm),該位移即形成差動電容變化,并經(jīng)電子線路板的解調(diào)、振蕩和放大,轉(zhuǎn)換成二線制的4~20mA.DC輸出信號,輸出電流與過程壓力的大小成正比。
When course pressure is applied to isolating membrane from two sides (or one side) of the measuring cabinet, through transfer by silicone oil as filling liquid to the central membrane of cabinet, which is an edge-tightened flat membrane, corresponding displacement (0.1mm at most) is generated by the effect of pressure. This displacement makes changes of differential capacitance accordingly, which is converted into 4~20mA DC output signal through demodulation, oscillation, and amplification by electronic circuit board. And the output electric current is in direct proportion to the course pressure.

Principle of LD-3051 Series Inligent Pressure Transmitter:
上圖中敏感元件測得的壓力信號,通過振蕩和解調(diào)環(huán)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)換成與壓力成正比的直流信號,A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器將此電流轉(zhuǎn)換成數(shù)字信號,其值被微處理器用來判定輸入壓力值。微處理器控制變送器工作。另外,它還進行傳感線性化、重復(fù)測量范圍、工作單位轉(zhuǎn)換、阻尼、開方、傳感器微調(diào)等運算,以及診斷和數(shù)字通訊。
D/A轉(zhuǎn)換器把微處理器來的并經(jīng)過校正的數(shù)字信號轉(zhuǎn)換成4~20mA模擬信號并送到輸出回路。
EEPROM保存所有組態(tài)、特性化和數(shù)字微調(diào)數(shù)據(jù),這些數(shù)據(jù)可用變送器軟件修改,數(shù)據(jù)貯存在EEPROM內(nèi)即使斷電也保存完整。
數(shù)字通信線路為變送器提供一個與外部設(shè)備(采用HART協(xié)議的控制系統(tǒng))的連接接口。此線路檢測疊加在4~20mA上的數(shù)字信號,并通過回路傳送所需信息。
The pressure signal measured by the sensing element shown in above figure, being converted into DC signal in direct proportion to pressure through stages of oscillation and demodulation, is converted into digital signal by A/D converter, whose value is used to determine the input pressure value by microprocessor, which controls how the transmitter works. In addition, it also performs such operations as linearization for sensing, repetition of measuring range, conversion of working units, amortization, evolution, and trimming of sensors, together with diagnose and digital ecommunication.
D/A converter converts corrected digital signals from microprocessor in to 4~20mA analog signals and sends them to output circuit.
In EEPROM, all group statuses, and characterized and digital trimming data are stored. These data can be modified with transmitter software and stored in EEPROM compley, even in case of power supply interruption.
Digital ecommunicating circuit provides an interface for the transmitter, connecting peripheral equipment (adopting HART Protocol for control system). This circuit check will be added to the 4~20mA digital signal, and the needed information is transmitted through the return circuit.

Remarks:
- Influences caused due to overpressure and temperature are measured when the transmitter reaches its maximum measuring range.
- Zero point variation caused due to overpressure at other measuring ranges can be restored to normal work through zero adjustment.
- For those GP model pressure transmitters in conformity with technical indicators, the working pressures are:≥3.5kPa.abs if silicone oil is filled, or greater than atmospheric pressure if fluorocarbon oil is filled.
