導(dǎo)體:多股精絞銅絲/鍍錫銅絲,抗腐蝕性強(qiáng)
絕緣:特殊耐熱阻燃PVC/TPE絕緣(對(duì)絞線采用PE/TPE)
顏色:黑色數(shù)字編號(hào),對(duì)絞線為紅、藍(lán)
內(nèi)屏蔽:鋁箔麥拉包裹紡織屏蔽鍍錫銅網(wǎng)
排流線:(可選)與導(dǎo)體同規(guī)格排流效果,方便了線束屏蔽加工
紡織:鍍錫銅絲或裸銅絲紡織屏蔽(可選)
護(hù)套:混合90度耐熱阻燃PVC/PUR護(hù)套,通過(guò)VVV-1阻燃試驗(yàn)

Conductor:Fine strands of copper/tin copper wire,better causticity resistance.
Insulation:Fine horniness heat and flame resistant PVC/TPEinsulated data transmission wire adopted PE/TPE
Colour:black number with digital coding,data transmission wire is red and blue
Inner shield:aluminum foil packed shield and tinned copper net shield
Drain wire:(Optional)the same effection as conductor,convence for wiring harness shield production
Braiding:bared copper or tinned copper braid shield(Optional)
Sheath:PVC/PUR 90℃ heat and flame resistance,passed VVV-1 flame resistance test
