1。安裝使用產(chǎn)品前應(yīng)檢查銘牌上的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)與使用情況是否相符；
2。安裝及維修前必須切斷前級(jí)電源；
3。進(jìn)、出線電纜穿過(guò)橡膠密封圈，須用墊圈及壓緊螺母壓緊，保證密封及電纜不得松動(dòng)；
4。密封圈在使用過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)腐蝕、脆裂、變形、發(fā)粘或硬度變化超過(guò)出廠時(shí)的20%應(yīng)及時(shí)向廠家進(jìn)行選購(gòu)并更換，以確保防爆性能可靠；
5。維護(hù)拆卸時(shí)注意隔爆面不得磕碰、劃傷、腐蝕，并定期涂204-1防銹油；
6。配電箱在使用過(guò)程中要定期檢查，以保證其良好運(yùn)行；
7。非專業(yè)人員嚴(yán)禁開(kāi)蓋維修、檢查。
