Atlas STwrench扭矩扳手

Atlas STwrench扭力扳手是一款高精度的手動力矩扳手，一般精確度可以達到0.5%以上，可用于生產(chǎn)，也可以用于試驗，也是一款高精度的檢測扳手。

STwrench扭矩扳手的使用溫度一般為5-40度，扭矩測試精度0.5%（20%-99%量程下）和1%（10-20%量程下）；角度測試精度為1度（每360度）；可以存儲多達5000條擰緊數(shù)據(jù)；是帶電池的工具，電池輸出電壓為3.75v及5.2Ah，電池可以工作16小時；其測量頭的扭矩大小從0-1000NM不等；測量頭里面含有扭矩傳感器，采用前置式傳感器布置方式，傳感器為雙應變橋結(jié)構(gòu)，扭矩計數(shù)精確不受擰緊手法和螺栓接頭的影響；STwrench既然測量扭力值也能測量扭力加轉(zhuǎn)角值，測量頭內(nèi)部是通過陀螺儀實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)角的精確測量，保證角度計數(shù)不受操作人員和手法的影響；STwrench能自動檢測拐點，可以測試螺栓的殘余力矩，可以存儲數(shù)據(jù)及進行曲線數(shù)據(jù)分析。

Use the STwrench for production to get full traceability of the entire tightening operation, including torque control, angle control and yield control. Or build your wrench to just tighten your joint with high torque accuracy. Or use it for quality control to check residual torque, to perform joint analysis, including joint behaviour ａnd stiffness, to set the correct tightening parameters for production and to test the reproducibility of joint stiffness on the benches.
