?進口燃氣緊急切斷閥描述--

LIT燃氣緊急切斷閥是新型的燃氣管道工程的安全配套裝置，主要應(yīng)用于以下場合：

1、與可燃氣體泄漏監(jiān)測儀器相連接。當儀器檢測到可燃氣體泄漏，自動快速關(guān)閉主供氣體閥門。切斷燃氣的供給，及時制止而惡性事故的發(fā)生。

2、與熱力設(shè)備的極限溫度（或壓力）安全閥控制連接；當設(shè)備內(nèi)檢測點的溫度或壓力超過設(shè)定的極限數(shù)值時，自動快速關(guān)閉供氣閥門，停止燃料的供給。

3、與高層建筑的消防報警系統(tǒng)相連接。當大廈發(fā)生火警時，自動切斷大廈內(nèi)的燃氣供應(yīng)，防止煤氣爆炸的發(fā)生。

4、在城市或工廠的燃氣供應(yīng)管網(wǎng)內(nèi)設(shè)置BZCK燃氣緊急切斷閥，可在控制室內(nèi)集中控制，遠距離遙控，緊急關(guān)閉事故現(xiàn)場的管線供氣。

?進口燃氣緊急切斷閥控制方式--

常開--閥關(guān)閉后在通電或斷電都不會自動開啟，需手動拉開，保持打開狀態(tài)，節(jié)能、安全；

A：閥需要打開時，旋下防護罩，用力拉手柄，閥打開;

B：閥需要關(guān)閉時，線圈通電不超過30秒鐘，閥迅速關(guān)閉;

注：根據(jù)客戶要求也可提供斷電關(guān)閉的常閉型緊急切斷閥。

手動復(fù)位操作過程--

當閥門被切斷，管道漏氣故障排出后，工作人員需要手動復(fù)位時，用力向上提拉手動復(fù)位桿，聽到“咔"的一聲，說明閥門被打開，此時，即使松開手，也不會被切斷。（除非再給閥門線圈通電）。

注：手動復(fù)位必須在電磁閥線圈斷電時操作。
